In Nosara, The Beach Club’s location is walking distance to one of Nosara’s most desirable beaches for surfing, sunsets, walking, and swimming. The property supports 12 boutique residential units and associated common space. 10 of the units are deluxe hotel suites and two are two-bedroom tree top appartments.

Common Beach Club space includes a restaurant, bar and lounge area, soaking pool and hot tub, and space for classes (wellness, strength training, guest speaker presentations) and fitness training. The Beach Clubs  bespoke fitness program takes the best of training and stretching for surfers and gymnasts and brings it to members in an easy and effective program.

Concierge offerings include daily activity packages, room preparation, and state of the art equipment rentals (surfboards, bikes, SUP) so members can travel with their carry ons and enjoy the best of Nosara.

The Beach Club caters to those who appreciate fine accommodations and exceptional services and do not want the hassle of maintenance. Members will plug into a social network, exceptional accommodations, and enjoy an income from their property.

Membership at The Nosara Beach Club generates happiness and ease of mind for members and a shared revenue stream.

Capital costs to build out the facility are generated by the sale of Condominium Units.  The purchase of a unit includes a lifetime membership.

Noosara may also have lifetime memberships available without Condominium purchase.

In Nantucket, the capital costs to build out the facility are generated by the sales of Charter Memberships. The Charter Membership include a life-time membership for the purchaser, as well as a second membership they Charter Member can sell to a prospective buyer at their agreed upon price.

In Nantucket, the land is held in ownership by Rachel Powers, who provides a long-term lease to the business based on current revenues plus an increase for inflation.

A separate business LLC is created that leases the property and runs the club.  Investors in Nantucket are investing in the business and receive a return on their investment from the profit of the business.
